Wuliangye announced today that the company intends to purchase 100%of its direct and indirect holdings of Sichuan Yibin Push Group 3D Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as[3D Company")in cash from Push Group,Sichuan Yibin Puguang Technology Co.,Ltd.The company(hereinafter referred to as"Puguang Company")owns 100%of the equity and Push Group's liquor operating assets and liabilities.

In addition,the company intends to purchase in cash Global Group Sichuan Yibin Global China Glass Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as[Shenzhou Glass")and Sichuan Yibin Global Glass Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as[Glass").100%equity.Shenzhou Glass is mainly engaged in the development and production of high-end glass bottles,various types of packaging bottles,and high-grade cartons.The Grass Company is also responsible for the production of Wuliangye wine bottles.In the first half of this year,the company's net assets were 65,224,200 yuan and its net profit was 29,895,100 yuan.
